Eligible products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and the invoice.

3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Consumables such as oils, used spare parts, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a quick replacement.
